If you're having trouble uploading results, the first thing to check is whether you have upgraded to Internet Explorer 7 recently. Due to some added security changes that Microsoft included with this IE upgrade, FAH can no longer upload results with the configuration setting Use_Internet_Explorer_Settings = YES. For most people, this problem can be corrected by changing the setting to NO. If you do not have a proxy, both settings should be NO.
If you do have a proxy but have been using the Internet Explorer Setting rather than explicitly configuring it with the setting Use_Proxy = YES, you'll need to contact your proxy administrator to get the proper proxy settings.
